The Comprehensive

  • Ideal for those seeking support with two problems or more

  • 90 minutes long, includes discussing your full history, goals, a full examination, advice, education and exercises

  • Examination will be based on your goals and may include an assessment of functional moves, your core muscles and your pelvic floor

  • Includes a digital copy of your treatment plan

Our Postnatal Check Up

It is common but NOT normal to have some difficulties post-birth. As a rule of thumb, the sooner you seek help, the better. We are here to support your postnatal recovery.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, please! Babies are more than welcome at your appointment. We are more than happy for you to feed, change or play with your baby during your appointment. And we are more than happy to hold baby when needed!
