We are a trio of experienced physiotherapists based in North Wales who provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation of pelvic health conditions. We want to work in partnership with you, tailoring treatments to meet your lifestyles and individual goals. We are passionate about educating and empowering people to live their lives free of pelvic health problems.

Educated and supported by some of the most experienced pelvic health physiotherapists in the UK, Lizzie works as a clinical specialist physiotherapist in pelvic health for the local NHS in North Wales, as well as a joint director of The Pelvic Physios private clinics in Anglesey and Gwynedd.

Faye is an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist dedicated to empowering women. With a particular interest in pelvic pain, she guides patients through their recovery journey. Committed to maintaining patients' active lifestyles, Faye helps them achieve their goals, whether it's walking to the shops, lifting children/weights, or even conquering Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).
