We are a trio of experienced physiotherapists based in North Wales who provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation of pelvic health conditions. We want to work in partnership with you, tailoring treatments to meet your lifestyles and individual goals. We are passionate about educating and empowering people to live their lives free of pelvic health problems.

Educated and supported by some of the most experienced pelvic health physiotherapists in the UK, Lizzie works as a clinical specialist physiotherapist in pelvic health for the local NHS in North Wales, as well as a joint director of The Pelvic Physios private clinics in Anglesey and Gwynedd.

It has always been my dream to help women, to empower and support their success. After completing my junior rotations in physiotherapy I found my calling in pelvic health physiotherapy. Over the last two years, I have specialised in this area for the local North Wales NHS, where I continue to work.

Gabby comes from a competitive ski mountaineering background and is a keen climber and runner. She enjoys supporting people through their pelvic health issues to achieve their goals and lead a full and active life. Gabby currently works for the local NHS health board treating patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic health problems and is joint director of The Pelvic Physios.
